       HEALTH AND FITNESS TIPS 

                                                             TO PROSPER A FIT LIFE

           Health and fitness are the one of the main criteria for existence of the human race. Without a fit lifestyle you can't really enjoy much with your loved ones . and to be honest most probably die soon without getting the proper time to send with your loved ones. fitness is important in every field of job. Whether you want to be a sportsmen or a working individual in a office. Without a proper lifestye and a living habit you are tend to get more and more lazy which invites unwanted diseases and shorter life span.
 

I know some of you must be saying that I execise daily. But guys that ain't enough . You must have a proper diet plan, nutrition intake and also a healthy lifestyle which include - (quit smoking, drinking,tobbaco) and other stuffs like drugs and artifcial medicines to get fit or to build body quickly. Now a days many young people take STEROIDS which help them to develop a good body in SHORT RUN but badly affects their body in the nearer future.

Now back to the main buisness -
Some exercise that would take only sometime for your precious life and make you fit for the rest ( if and only if you perform it regularly)

1. JUMPING JACKS :
The fundamental reason why jumping jacks are of benefit is that it boosts your heart rate. An increased heart rate causes the body to burn more calories and burn fat which results in weight loss.


2.STANDARD SQUATS :

Squats help to build your leg muscles (including your quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves), and they create an anabolic environment, which promotes body-wide muscle building.So squats can actually help you improve both your upper and lower body strength.


3. WALKOUT PUSHUPS :
You’ll feel every inch of the strife your body is going through during the walkout. It’s an excellent way to work out your core, and will hit the abs especially hard. Your shoulders and upper torso don’t escape either, and it also stretches out your legs, glutes and lower back.

So guys these were the top 3 exercises that you can include in your daily busy life. And that would help you to live a fit , happy and a healthy life . In next post we will discuss about the intake in the nutrition and i would design a diet plan for you guys to stay fit.
