Whether you want to be a sportsmen or a working individual in a office. Without a proper lifestye and a living habit you are tend to get more and more lazy which invites unwanted diseases and shorter life span.
I know some of you must be saying that I execise daily. But guys that ain't enough . You must have a proper diet plan, nutrition intake and also a healthy lifestyle which include - (quit smoking, drinking,tobbaco) and other stuffs like drugs and artifcial medicines to get fit or to build body quickly. Now a days many young people take STEROIDS which help them to develop a good body in SHORT RUN but badly affects their body in the nearer future.

1. JUMPING JACKS :
The fundamental reason why jumping jacks are of benefit is that it boosts your heart rate. An increased heart rate causes the body to burn more calories and burn fat which results in weight loss.
2.STANDARD SQUATS :
